To become a member please download and complete our Membership Form. You can deposit the membership fee of $100 per year to our Republic Bank Account, A/c No. 110003138601 in the name of The Animal Welfare Network and then you can scan and email both the deposit slip and completed membership form to animalwelfarenwk@yahoo.com.
You will receive your membership card in the mail shortly thereafter. If you prefer to pay by cash or cheque you can post your Membership fee, along with the completed form, to The Animal Welfare Network, P.O. Box 6354, Carenage.
